WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of being received, excluding weekends. Usually, delivery can take 7 to 15 business days.

It's important to note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If, for any reason, you’re not entirely pleased with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at support@tabatajewelry.com and include the following details:

  1. Photos of the product, packaging, and accessories.
  2. Your order number and date on which you received the product. Please add Proof of Delivery, which will be available on the courier’s website.
  3. Also, mention the reason for requesting the return.
  4. Any other details you may think are important that we should know of.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Cancellations and changes will be considered only where the order has not been accepted by our warehouse. Once the order has been accepted by our warehouse, we are not able to cancel or change the order.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

To make any changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to process your request after 24 hours.

We do not support international returns at this time. All international orders are final sale. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?

We offer FREE RETURNS with postage paid by us to send the item back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where a shipping error has occurred by either our shipping partner or us.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the items are in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and intact.
